Hyperspace is a weeklong charette the Interior Design program hosts every spring semester teaming students from freshman to senior in a collaborative experience working on a project for the local community. It tests your ability to solve problems, create design solutions and communicate efficiently and quickly. This year (2018) the program was tasked with creating a trade show booth for College of Imaging Arts and Sciences (CIAS) and the School of Design at RIT. The goal was to create a design that can be easily transported and constructed, but can also have the ability to change footprints, depending on the location it will be set up in.
